Provides mutual support for people who have experienced self harm

What will ECHO do for me?

ECHO allows you to talk in confidence to other people who understand how you are feeling. ECHO provides mutual support and information for people who have experienced self harm age 18 and above.

We provide group work sessions and one to one counselling. We are open five days a week: Mondays 1pm-4.30pm (groupwork), Tuesdays 6pm-8.30pm (groupwork), Wednesdays 10am-1pm (drop in one to one sessions), Thursdays 11am-2pm (alternative therapies), Friday 10.30am-2.30pm (art therapist work). We also provide self-harm awareness training to professionals on Tuesday mornings.
