Church House Care Home

Our aim is to provide friendly, caring, ‘home from home’, environment where dignity, independence, safety and comfort are paramount.

We have a dedicated and compassionate team, with good staff retention, which means staff can build a close relationship with our residents.

We ensure that all residents are fully involved in the planning and delivery of services, promoting their right to privacy and independence. We recognise that everyone is different and the care we deliver aims to reflect this. Church House provides a homely, safe and relaxed atmosphere for its residents, guests and staff.

We are situated just outside Nantwich , in a picturesque rural location. It is a 200-year-old farmhouse with a modern extension in a beautiful setting. All our visitors are met with a handshake and are offered a hot drink. We have a reputation for being a very warm and friendly home. We are good listeners, caring, compassionate and we enjoy having fun. We offer a shoulder to cry on if needed and give a cuddle when its needed.

Activities are very much at the Centre of what we do, there is always something going on, some of our residents like to walk around our grounds, we have quizzes, entertainers, and we love having parties to celebrate special occasions.

A lot of our residents love to engage with each other at meal times, some of our residents prefer to eat in their own rooms, the choice is yours.

The catering department provide a wide range of home-cooked, nutritional balanced meals prepared in our own kitchen made from high quality ingredients. Menus are prepared in consultation with our residents and dieticians to ensure that any specific cultural and personal preferences are considered.

All our bedrooms are well presented, comforting and inviting. Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms with their own furniture, pictures and momentous to create a home from home feeling.

Our staff are trained and experienced to know the challenges that people often must overcome, so we know how to help, we provide as much support as possible to our residents and their family’s during the moving process and throughout their stay at Church House.

Our staff are diligent, caring and trustworthy individuals who have each resident and their family’s happiness as a core priority.
