• 1:1 work with families based on individual needs
• Behavioural Assessments
• Behavioural advice and interventions
• Sleep assessments, advice and interventions
• Advice, support and training to other professionals
• Health Facilitation
• Advice Sessions – an opportunity to meet with a team
member without need of a referral.
• Workshops/courses such as behaviour management,
teenage years.
• Signposts for Building Better Behaviour Programme

Eligibility criteria:
Children and young people aged 0-18 who have a global developmental delay/severe learning disability and display behaviours that challenge and significantly impact on their daily lives and those of their families. Health Facilitator referrals are accepted for children and young people with a learning disability and complex additional physical health needs.
