Rural Communities Support at Home service

Description

Referrals can be made by anyone, for anyone, over the age of 18.

The service is a once a week visiting service for up to 6 weeks. The service offers emotional support such as a weekly visit or safe and well phone calls. The service can assist with confidence re-building following an illness or the service can provide emotional support for carers to maintain their caring responsibilities.

Although this service is unable to provide personal care, Support at Home can also provide practical support such as assistance with shopping or light meal preparation.
