Cheshire & Midlands Supported Living

Our staff in Cheshire East are passionate about helping the people we support achieve the goals & aspirations that are important to them. Our externally accredited training provides staff with expertise in positive risk, positive behavioural support and autism.

This ensures staff work with people we support, families and other professionals to provide a bespoke service that meets individual needs and outcomes. Care plans are written in the people we support’s own words.
We provide support with personal care, independent living skills, travel training, accessing community venues and pathways to education, volunteering and employment.
Support packages range from a few hours per week to round the clock support. Support can be 1:1 and/or in group settings. We look forward to meeting you and learning how we can best support your needs.
