Customer Care (Formerly PALS)

Description

The Customer Care Team provides a free, impartial and confidential service at Leighton Hospital, Crewe; Victoria Infirmary, Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre, Winsford. The Team will guide you, your family and friends through the different services available within the Trust. We will liaise with staff, managers and other health and social care organisations on your behalf to resolve your concerns.

We offer advice on the complaints process, provide information on how to seek independent advice if you wish to make a complaint and we can provide information on local NHS services.

We are also very pleased to receive compliments and thanks for the care and treatment you have received and ensure relevant staff receive copies of letters and emails that have been sent to us.
